Regarding the termination of support for the teleconferencing tool EZT on the document cameras MA-1 and MO-2.

Dear Sir or Madam

We would like to thank you for your continued appreciation of the teleconferencing tool “EZT”.

Since EZT runs via the SDK (Software Development Kit) of Zoom, the minimum operating version of the Zoom application will be updated to version 5.13.5 on November 4, 2023.

Due to the above-mentioned update of the minimum operating version of the Zoom application, our document cameras MA-1 and MO-2 will no longer be supported. Therefore, we deeply regret to inform you that the support of the EZT application on MA-1 and MO-2 will be discontinued as of November 4, 2023.

Unfortunately, despite great efforts, there was no other way to resolve this issue. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
